PAXI non existing service - lost parcels and no communication!

Parcel stuck first lost, then stuck at depot for 2 weeks now. It's been a month since it was sent. Every time I phone it get's escalated with promises of getting back to me, I hear nothing from them. I even managed to speak to a supervisor which promised me to take the matters into her own hands and get back to me. Still silence! They don't even respond on WhatsApp. An absolute no if you want to ever send a parcel with them and want it lost in the ether... Worst service ever!
