Paxi No More!

I've been using Paxi for years, had my few problems with them before but it was eventually resolved. But this time I'm done with them. I sent out two parcels to my parcel. One parcel was sent on the 4th of July for 3 day delivery and when I check its status, it still says "parcel with courier". When I try to find out what's going on with the agents, they either hang up on me, promise to get back to me and never do or (and this one takes the cup) claim that I'm a ****mer who gave them incorrect details therefore I have no business knowing what's going on with the parcel! Not only that, the other parcel was supposed to arrive at its destination yesterday but apparently it's still sitting at the store where I left it. Honestly, this is the last straw for me!
