PAXI - NO INSURANCE CLAIM- PARCEL MISSING IN ACTION

I took a parcel to PEP Norwood Mall, where the cashier assisted me to place the shoes I was sending to Cape Town in the PAXI Packet. For 1 it was very visible that the Shoes was R699 as the price on the box and it was LUELLA Shoes I sent inclusive of a check ladies pants worth R200. thats besides the R60 i had to pay on delivery costs = R960 This parcel went missing- PAXI TOLD ME 2 DAYS AGO THAT A EMAIL WAS SEND WITH AN INSURANCE CLAIM FORM ---WELL GUESS WHAT AFTER FOLLOWING UP NO EMAIL OR INSURANCE CLAIMS - And claims limited to R500 , So I am loosing big time here - People be carefully to who you trust
