PAXI - NO DELIVERY NO FEEDBACK!

I shipped a parcel using PAXI Pep to Pep on the 2nd of June using the 3-5 day option. As of today 18th of June this parcel has still not been delivered. The tracking portal shows the parcel scanned into KZN on the 4th of June but no movement since then. I have called numerous times, I have emailed and I have yet to have a confirmation or response from anyone as to what is happening with this parcel. It's just been an absolute nightmare. I have had to refund a client for their purchase without even knowing where my stock is.
