PAXI Nightmare

My parcel is stuck with the nelspruit/polokwane hub from the 11 February, when I call the contact center they keep on promising to call me back and never do, the same feedback is provided from the estimated day of arriving the 22nd till today the 27th, Sihle and Onke promised to escalate the matter but nothing is been done, ask for the manager to call me. The manager never bothered. They do not care about us as consumers and we paid for the services.
