PAXI never delivers

PAXI is by far the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. My parcel was meant to arrive on 2 September 2025 — it is now 4 September and nothing has been delivered.

I have wasted my time contacting PAXI over and over: Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and even a call from a so-called supervisor who promised a follow-up. As expected, nothing happened. Empty promises, zero communication, and absolutely no accountability.

This is not just my experience — countless other people are going through the same thing. Clearly, PAXI does not care about its customers or its reputation.

The service is unreliable, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. After this nightmare, I will never use PAXI again and I will warn everyone I know to stay away from them
