Paxi needs to work on the communication line.

I sent a package that has taken more than 15 days to be delivered, they do not have an email address for me to write to, they do not answer the phone. I sent my package on the 15th of October it is now the 30th. The terms were between 7 to 10 working days and the latest delivery date was the 28th but the package has not been delivered yet.

It was a calculator that my sister needed for her math exam which was yesterday. The fact that we can not communicate with paxi is ridiculous, the WhatsApp contact number is useless. I am so upset.
