Parcel sent on the 12th of last month parcel has still not left courier sent a complaint to *** no response I query item on their whats app platform same excuse every week with urcency resolve issue at this point I think we should cut our losses wrote a complaint to CPA don't know what will become of it defeated customer when a company like Paxi just don't care you'll never win
