Paxi most unreliable service ever!!!!!!

After reading other people's comments my heart almost fell on the floor😭. Been waiting for my package and they said it will arrive on the 26th of Feb. It's the 27th and the Agents at Paxi don't even give a cent that your package is late. They are not helpful at all and mind you that package is worth 5k and people wanna kill me because they ordered things from me and is like am the one who's lying to them. Never trust Paxi again. I wonder if I will ever get my parcel D***🙆🏽♂️
