Paxi Mall of africa bad service

Im not happy i was sent a parcel worth R600 last year to Mall of Africa I went there everyday and they would promise to search or refund me, the last time I went the manager promised to call to this day nothing I want my money back Paxi call centre had been calling me but they not assisting I want my R600
