Paxi lost my parcel

i sent a parcel two weeks ago ,and they sent a message to say it can be collected when the receiver collects it she is told its missing ,i then called the call center where u hold for long without feedback i then got another person whom said she will call me back to this day no one has called back .i don't know where my parcel is or no one even gives feedback as they have committed .
