PAXI lost my large pack

I did a PAXI last year June for 2 packs and only 1 pack was delivered, the store is saying they don't know what happened to the other pack and It had winter clothes for my kids. I have been following on the matter with the store and the manager keeps on asking if PAXI people hasn't called yet. I am so angry and this is unprofessional
