Paxi lost items bad service

Good day I always used Paxi to sent parcels to my daughter in Jhb from the Northern Cape. It was her birthday and as usual I used them. Little bit info. I rely on sassa I am disabled. The nearest town from us is 240km to buy stuff. When I posted the parcel it was sealed. Upon receiving it it was open. The pep lady still laughed. Knowing my daughter she also laughed. When she got home she phoned me and we started going through everything. I then asked what about the following 2x sorbet body Cream the big ones 2x sorbet body wash the big ones. None of those items was there. I contacted paxi just to get following ticket closed. Contacted 7x times to say I am not happy again ticket closed. I know it doesn't seem like much that lost. But for me it was. I had to save for those items and we had to drive 2x 240km to buy her birthday gifts. I am really disappointed the way that they handled the situation. They could have handled it better
