Paxi loses parcels

I lost a parcel and when I tried to follow up with Paxi, I was told that the sender must do enquiries. I kept doing a follow up, the cashiers told me it takes time when a parcel has been sent to the wrong address. It's been a full year, still no word from them. I just tracked it and it shows delivered but I wonder who it was delivered to.
