If i could rate you zero stars i would. Had goods sent on the 6th Mar from JHB to PE. The goods are at the PE hub for 3 days with no movement. i contacted the call center ( Sibongile, USELESS) and asked if i could collect the goods from there hub, her replies was its within the delivery parameters.
