Paxi Kwamashu

Pep Malandela Road, Kwa-Mashu Suburbs, Kwa-Mashu, 4359 has the most disrespectful manager with an Attitude ever! I have been sending my parcels through Paxi for quiet sometime never and never have I experience this nonsense process in my whole entire life, Normal when I get in to the cashier they normally take the plastic Im paying for and I put the items myself while the cashier is waiting for me to finish then send my parcel through But specifically on this Pep in Kwamashu they do things in a very inappropriate manner I waited in the line for 5 minute then When I get into the cashier they say they will sell me the plastic then I need to go outside and put the items in the plastic bag myself then go back inside again and wait on the line for another 5 minute What kind of nonsense time wasting is this???? When I asked for the manager she also gives me some bull**** attitude telling me maybe I'm a shoplifter, How TF can you say that to a customer? I was very disappointed with this process and would like Pep head office to explain to me this nonsense because it only happens in this store and no where else.
