Paxi keeping my parcel for no reason

I am so disappointed and angry about Paxi Pep courier.. they were given a parcel on the 25 November 2025. And send me the sms on 30th November 2025 fooling me saying I will receive my parcel on the 5th December 2025. They last update my parcel on the 4th December 2025 when I tracked it. Until today I haven’t receive my parcel. It was the Christmas clothes for my kids… they are angry thinking that i didn’t buy clothes for them … what hurt me the most is to see them crying for their Christmas clothes. Yet Paxi keeps on making empty promises that they will get back to me when I call them many time on ***. Asking them my parcel….🤮🤮🤮😡😡😡😭😭😭😭
