Paxi is very cruel

On The 6th of September I sent. Parcel from pep home Ottery to pep Makhaza

On the 8th I received a SMS saying that it has been picked up by courier. That was the last message I received.

On the 20th of September I made a followup and I was told my parcel is lost.

They gave me a turn around for claim that will be 48 to 72hrs max

Today is the. 29th no feedback no money in my bank

I've sent My id copy nd banking details with the value of parcel
