Paxi is unreliable

I've had the worst experience. Everyday I have to waste my money to buy airtime to call for my parcel and looks like no one wants to say anything. I've been waiting for my parcel for many days and it's still not here. I'm not getting any updates from them, none whatsoever. I'm filled with a lot of frustration and they have poor customer service.
