Paxi is unreliable

Hi I'm not pleased at all with Paxi they sent me a msg stating my parcel will be in jhb by the 05/12/2025 then I waited like a fool a notification to come collect the parcel but I never got it, on the 07/12/2025 I phoned and asked what's happening with my parcel the lady told me that there was a problem on they side but I told her no one notified us. She then told me that she will file a complain and asked for my phone number to come back to me. Today 08/12/2025 I phoned pack but they phone lines are bad on signal. I Paxi should know if any of my things are damaged they will pay for it
