Paxi is trash

I dropped my parcel on the 30th of May at Pep Cell Springs mall and paid for 3-5 working days. Till date the parcel is still there and has not been picked up. I've been calling and was promised a follow up with courier will be made but still nothing. I sent emails and no response. I sent them a message on Facebook all I get is they forwarded my complaint to the team. Its been over a week yet I paid for 3-5 days and my parcel is still at the shop.
