PAXI IS THE WORST, USE OTHER COURIERS

I have the worst experience with PAXI and it's not sorted out as yet. I send a package the 23.07.2024 and they send it to wrong PEP, after a lot of phone calls it was routed to the correct PEP and was picked up on the 31.07.2024. Expected to be delivered on the 07.08.2024, today is the 13.08.2024 still struggling to get it delivered. I paid for the 3-5 days delivery and we are heading now for 3 weeks............ The package need to go to Australia and the person taking it for me is leaving the 14.08.2024, wonder how will PAXI rectify this
