Paxi is the worse

I would absolutely never advise anyone to send anything through Paxi. Still waiting for a parcel that was sent to me on 28 May. Today is day 9 and the parcel apparently takes 7-9 days. When i asked if the parcel will not be available for collection today, i was told NO. It will only be available in the next few days. Your parcel will lay for days at the depot for no reason. My parcel is in Port Elizabeth yet I'm unable to get it!!!! Never again!
