PAXI IS ROBBING THEIR CUSTOMERS

PAXI is robbing its customers. They told me my parcel was lost with the courier then they said it was hijacked from the Durban hub then they told me their truck was hijacked on the way to the Durban hub. So many excuses. Every time we try to get hold of them for a refund they either don't answer of give us the run around.
