Paxi is pathetic

Finally lam giving up on calling Paxi, no one has straight answers for parcel D***. If you can please bring back, l will appreciate that. I have sent emails, no one is responding, sent whats messages, l get a response of the same message. I have called and used all my monthly airtime plus top up. This parcel was sent on 3 July 2020, l have paid for 3 to 5 days service, today is 18 July 2020 the parcel has not reached its destination. I give up, l have exosted all the option that l have. What pains me is that lam selling products and this parcel was for the client. This is not good for my business.
