PAXI IS NOT RELIABLE

I am so much disappointed with PAXI my parcel was sent from Joburg to Mpumalanga on the 2nd of December 2025 expected delivery was supposed to be on the 9th December until today the parcel tracking shows that its still with the courier.I was calling everyday but the response was will escalate or we will send an email.They also said the Courier in Groblersdal is having the parcel but they are not responding.Someone said it has been loaded to the truck its on its way to the destination.the next day they said its still with the courier its for the 2nd time inexperienced this i am no longer going to use PAXI. My brothers and Sisters use PAXI at your own risk one day you will sleep without eating because of PAXI.🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
