PAXI is MISLEADING

A parcel was dropped off at PEP Southdale on the 1st June. By the 17th I tracked the parcel,which I was told there was a problem with. I went to PEP and was told that there is NOTHING wrong with my parcel and that PAXI picks and chooses what parcels to take to have delivered.I have sent endless messages on Facebook,their useless whatsapp service AND I have called them. When i track my parcel TODAY...THE 22ND JUNE..Im told told that the EDD is the 14th June!!!!! Paxi is the WORST courier service EVER!!! And I am reiterating this statement...YOU ARE NOT DOING CUSTOMERS ANY FAVORS...WE PAY FOR OUR PARCELS TO BE DELIVERED...STOP misleading people into believing your adverti*****ts about 7 days and what not. MY parcel is laying at PEP WITHOUT EVEN BEING TOUCHED for 21DAYS!!!!!
