PAXI is just ****

I had the most terrible experience with PEP Shoshanguve Crossing ,i purchased a Paxi bag on Saturday from a cashier by the name of Lesego . We sealed the bag and i left the store . Today i get an sms saying my parcel is picked up and then minutes later a "Paulina" calls and tells me to come get my parcel from the store as it was overpacked and opened , the driver could not take it . She goes on to tell me that i will have to pay for another plastic . I asked her why i'm liable to pay for something i didn't mess up coz that parcel was sealed when i left?? It was my first time using PAXI and i will never ever bother myself again.
