PAXI IS FAILING ME

Hi I dropped a parcel on the 12 June 2020 when ever I call paxi call center I'm always told the parcel is in transit or put on hold for 30 minutes or more. I'm so disappointed with the service. It over 2 months now I'm not getting joy. WHEN EVER I REQUEST TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR HIS FOREVER NOT AVAILABLE.
