Paxi is disappointing and it feels like a ****

This is highly disappointing. I need my parcel @Paxi I sent an email on the 18th and there was no reply, it’s Been days now. I’m highly disappointed in your service. My sister was trying to send a parcel to me unfortunately there was some miscommunication between her and the cashier and whereby the parcel was sent to he wrong mall & we asked what was a way forward after that by contacting you, you told us to wait 14days for parcel to be returned to its initial location, we waited. Eventually, it got to 14days and soon she got a message saying the parcel has arrived at initial pep store, which is the sasolburg pep, and we then went to the sasolburg pep to collect the parcel only to be told it’s not there, the cashiers couldn’t find it and what’s concerning is that we keep getting sms telling us that are days for the collection are decreasing, HOWEVER, when we keep going to pep nothing is found! .. this is really frustrating we need that package it’s been long, please help us find it because we know it is supposed to be by sasolburg pep(P0145 ) now

It was sent from sasolburg pep to Mooi river in Kzn on 8 June 2022

It was said to be returned back from Mooi river to sasolburg

However till today, 23 June 2022, Cashiers of sasolburg pep cannot find the parcel.
