PAXI is better off closed down

Wish there was a zero star rating. I dropped off 2 parcels and paid for the fastest delivery time, one arrived and the other parcel is lost. They keep sending SMSes saying they are working tirelessly to resolve it, 3 weeks later, still the same excuse. Thinking of taking legal action against them.
