Paxi is a dissaster

I am so angry and disappointed at paxi service . I left my parcel with them on the 27th of June 2024 . today is the 9th of July and my parcel is still at the shop where I dropped off . I called the customer care line and they said they dont know why it did not leave the shop . I had to go to the shop and at the shop they told me when the courier guy came to collect my parcel was not on the list both the shop and Paxi are at fault because no one contacted me to inform me about it . the shop and paxi do not have the reason why my parcel did not leave the shop but the most annoying part is that when the shop called paxi while I was there the agent by the name of Likhona was very rude and dismally failed to resolve the issue I now have to buy another package and take my chances again and hope that it will be sent this time . I am soooooo sooo disapointed
