PAXI is a ****!!!

The worst experience I have not been able to receive my parcel and Paxi is not taking responsibilty at all. DO NOT USE this PAXI for your parcels unless you want to be frustrated. I should have received my parcel on the 05 Dec but today is the 9 Dec and I have not received any sms explaining the delays and I am told my parcel is sitting in Mthatha waiting for a van for it to be delived in Dutywa which is only 85 kms away. I regret the day I used them for the service.

I repeat DO NOT USE PAXI for your deliveries!!!!!
