Paxi is a ****

I could rate this company a zero rating if I could.I also wish I had come to check the reviews first before using them.This was my first time sending a parcel through paxi to say I am disappointed is an understatement.Firstly I did not chose the plastic size for my package they chose it for me at the store,they they told me the package was opened because it was over packed and was not closed properly.The contents of the package I sent were in a plastic bag sealed with a sellotape and the inserted in their courier bag.They said package was lost because it opened?(Their bag opened).What happened to the bag that I had put sellotape around?did it also broke the sellotape and got lost?if that happened,the clothes were then supposed to be loose and found somewhere because they would have been scattered.They can't find the sellotaped bag and they can't find the clothes!When I received the call they said they wanted to confirm what was in the package.Let me tell you there was no way that those clothes would have come our of the Paxi bag even if over packed(as they say) that's how intact it was.Now when I call the tell me they will compensate upto R500 for the goods because there was no insurance taken for this parvel.Nobody told me about the insurance that information was not disclosed to me upfront!For the value of the package I wouldn't have had a problem paying the insurance(R20)at most that is nothing if only I was told about it.The Paxi bag was sealed and the page inside Paxi bag was also sealed.If this is not found it was definitely ****** by them.
