PAXI - Inefficient, and above all, *****ed.

One star, purely because I cannot awaed you a zero rating. Beyond useless! And until I receive a refund due to your inefficiency, ******* as well. Money taken but no service rendered!

This bunch must be among the most useless in the country! On 29 November I sent a parcel from Port Elizabeth to Humansdorp. The recipient lived out of town, and so was not able to just pop in and collect it straight away. Fast forward a few days, and the recipient arrived in Humansdorp to collect the parcel, but the staff at the shop were unable to find it. Considering that the recipient was leaving Humansdorp on that day, to return to Gauteng permanently, this was a problem. I was notified a few days later that the package had been found, and that it was available for collection. On contacting the (non)-support team, to advise them that the recipient had moved to Gauteng, and after requesting that they forward the package to an appropriate store in the area where the recipient could collect, I have just been notified that the package will now be returning to the store from where it was sent. The staff seem unable, or unwilling to understand that the cause of this stuff-up is / was THEIR staff who mislaid the package in Humansdorp, thus preventing the recipient from getting it. And now this useless bunch will expect to receive another payment to send it on to Gauteng... Will I ever make use of PAXI again...??? NEVER, EVER, WILL I USE THEM... THEY ARE BEYOND USELESS, AND THE COLLECTIVE IQ OF THE STAFF IN THE SUPPORT CENTRE MUST RATE ABOUT THE SAME AS A POTPLANT, BECAUSE, DESPITE HAVING BEEN ASKED TO SORT OUT THE MESS THEY CAUSED, THEY HAVE NOT!!!
