PAXI incompetency

My parcel is only arriving today, 2 months after it was sent. When we called them, we got the run around from the call centers. you get a different person everytime you call and when I tracked the parcel, the courier didn't pick it up and no communication was relayed to me. I am only getting my parcel 2 months later!
