PAXI If you dont buy insurance they refuse to send your package.

Shocking experience from PEP store cashier who refused to allow the courier to take my package as I had not bought insurance and had ensured that my contents were safe and did not break through the bag. PAXI feels I should buy a new bag in order to send my package as they say it has been tampered with.
