PAXI HORRIBLE SERVICE/NON SERVICE

The service from Paxi is so deplorable. Disgusting. I have been waiting for my parcel, they did not send me an sms, I can’t track it on the portal it says “tracking number not provided” been waiting for THREE days on whatsapp waiting for an agent, i cannot get through to the call center the lines are busy and they cut me off, all my airtime gone. My oarcel is the 3-5 day one but i have been waiting for over SEVEN DAYS now. I am disgusted with this service.
