Paxi has the worst customer service

Sent a package of textbooks( in good condition) to a student and when they got to the student she says that they are wet, tired calling paxi and placing a complaint and the lady said “unfortunately Paxi does not account for damaged parcels” how because these got damaged in your handling 👎🏼
