Paxi has no business being a courier service

Do not use Paxi! Been trying to track my parcel for the past two weeks now and nobody can tell me where it is. All that they know is that it is not at the store. Useless call centre. They've been escalating my query for the past week- no manager has tried to reach me. Absolute waste of time and money.
