PAXI going down the tubes.

PAXI used to be usable, but it has fallen apart! 1. I sent 2 parcels in the last week - neither I nor the receivers got any SMS at all. 2. The whatsapp on the PAXI website does not work 3. The help form filled in on the website is ignored. 4. If you phone, the consultants can't help. They inist you have to go back to the store. 5. The Kenilworth Centre Pep puts a non-existent number on their receipt slip! 6. The hours shown on the website (for Plumstead Pep) are incorrect.

Apparently, PAXI is taking over the Post Offices inefficency. It looks like we may have to stop using PAXI
