Paxi Frustrates Me

I sent a parcel to Potch through paxi, October 2025… I have been calling Paxi from November. They told me they are sending mails to the courier to check where my parcel is at. They never contacted me back when the courier rep****, I called them again a couple of times until I decided to reroute the parcel back to me. After enquiring with them the whole of November, December and January second week they told me my parcel is lost and I should do a claim of R500 and my parcel was above R500
