Paxi failed to deliver

My parcel was sent on the 6th June by paxi, it happened that when I went for collection the package inside was not mine. The paxi bag had two different parcel numbers, I called paxi about the matter and was told that my parcel is in Centurion Wierdapark Forum and they will try to send it back to the right destination. It's more than a month now calling sending emails till now nothing has happened am very disappointed with their service.
