Paxi

Hi, I sent a parcel through paxi on the 03/03/2021. Even today I haven't received my parcel yet, I tried to make several calls with no success. I spoke to a guy called vuyo this morning, trust me I know the system that he is using better than him, he lies in my faces and ended up putting the phone down. Have tried to send them messages on whatsapp also with no success. They close the case without the issue being resolved
