Paxi doesn’t care about it’s customers!

Very disappointed by PAXI service.

I never thought a day like this would come after I’ve been a loyal client to Paxi services. I’ve sent an item since November it was supposed to take 9 working days till this day my parcel can’t be found. I got all the proof and sms from the time it was dropped at the Pep store to the moment it was picked up. What made it worse on their system it shows that it was delivered. They even sent me the sms stating that I have 9 days to collect my parcel. I went to the same branch several times but no 1 could assist me. This courier company doesn’t care about it’s customer, there hasn’t been any communication or trying to reach out to me.
