Paxi does not fulfils parcel deliveries

This is the worst service I have ever had to deal with. It’s been almost a month and my parcel still hasn’t been delivered. When I ask all I get is parcel is with the courier and we will let you know when it will be delivered. Their consultants are very unprofessional and unhelpful. Rather spend a little bit more money and use other courier services than this useless paxi, I don’t even understand why pep is allowing this to happen in their stores. Be careful if you thinking of using this service
