Paxi disappoints

If everything goes well, it is fine to use Paxi. But if something goes wrong it's a nightmare. Paxi delivered my parcel to the wrong Pep store in a different town. Now apparently the parcel has to wait out it's pickup time before it can be rerouted to the correct address. Pathetic.
