PAXI DID NOT DELIVER MY PARCEL

Very bad experience with PAXI … they received my parcel on the 2025-11-25. They supposed to deliver it on the 2025-12-05 . But till today I have not yet received my parcel. When I contacted them they said they are not giving me the answers I want as to when am I going to get my parcel. What is frustrating me about this is the parcels was supposed to be my children for Christmas. And my children are frustrated because they did not get their presents for Christmas. What is the point of buying things you won’t get because of PAXI?
