Paxi delivery is disappointing

Delivery is disappointing

I sent parcels from Cape Town on the 07 December from Cape Town to KZN and was told it will be delivered today on the 21st December.

I called to follow up and I was told the parcel is still sitting at Hub in Hummersdale as the store supposed to go to is closed but they didn’t communicate with me.

I have asked the parcel to be delivered another store. I might not get my parcel’s before Christmas which is filled with Christmas clothes and gifts

How my kid’s supposed to celebrate Christmas without they’re gifts and Christmas clothes.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied about the lack of communication and service. I will not be using it again or recommending to other people.
