Wow, my wife is still waiting for a parcel that was sent around the 4th of August from Randburg to Mayibuye, Thembisa. Even now, no one can explain where the parcel is. Please, do us a favour and shut down this business if you cannot provide a proper service—it is useless as things stand. Your customer service is non-existent.

I need someone to urgently resolve this issue. If I have to pay again, I don’t care—the item is of great value to me.
